Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ScamSleuth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Important — what ScamSleuth is and isn't. ScamSleuth is a scam-detection aid, not a guarantee. We cannot catch every scam, and we never confirm that something is definitely safe. We provide a likelihood assessment to help you make your own decision. ScamSleuth is not a bank, law-enforcement agency, lawyer, or financial advisor.
